International: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package until it arrives at your doorstep. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship worldwide, but certain locations may be restricted due to carrier limitations or local regulations. If your country or region cannot be selected at checkout, unfortunately, we cannot ship to that location at this time.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.
